ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival in Johannesburg
Upon arrival at OR Tambo International Airport, you will be met by a Menzies Aviation representative and assisted through customs and immigration. You will then be assisted into the arrivals hall,where you will be met by a member from our andBeyond team who will drive you The Saxon Hotel, Villas & Spa.
Delight in your 1 night stay at Saxon Boutique Hotel, Villas & Spa in a Luxury Suite with ensuite bathroom. Your stay includes breakfast, mini bar, mini bar snacks, wifi, use of the Saxon Spa hydro facilities, 24-hour general hotel butler service, 24-hour access to our fitness centre and bottle of sparkling wine on arrival.
Day 2-3: Greater Kruger
A member from our andBeyond team will collect you at The Saxon Hotel, Villas & Spa and drive you to the Federal Air Hangar at O. R Tambo International Airport for your flight to Ngala Airstrip.
Within the Kruger National Park lies andBeyond Ngala Private Game Reserve, the first private game reserve to be incorporated into this famous park.
Delight in adventure during your 2 night stay at andBeyond Ngala Tented Camp in a deluxe spacious tent with outdoor shower. Ngala Tented Camp at andBeyond Ngala Private Game Reserve, situated only 3 km from Kruger’s Orpen Gate, is internationally renowned for its sophisticated tented accommodation in tranquil African bush surrounds. It comprises nine luxurious tented suites on raised platforms with outdoor showers, baths mounted on rough-hewn wooden bases, swirling overhead fans, air conditioning, electric blankets for winter, and private wooden decks. Stylish tent interiors feature imaginative retro pieces from the 60’s and 70’s.Ngala Tented Camp was constructed with a light footprint – built on platforms, each tented suite was cleverly designed to incorporate existing trees, thereby minimising environmental impact. Mature indigenous shade trees form a luxuriantly cool canopy over the Camp, and elegant guest areas overlook the seasonal Timbavati riverbed. The Camp’s lap pool is perfect for idle afternoon game viewing. Private lunch platters are savoured on the viewing decks, at the poolside, or in the garden. Theatrical al fresco dinners in the dry riverbed are unforgettable.
Day 4 - 5: Phinda Private Nature Reserve
You will be transferred to the airstrip for your Federal Air flight to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, where you will change aircraft for your connection flight to Phinda.

&Beyond Phinda Private Nature Reserve, South Africa
Fringing the reserve’s wildlife-rich wetland system, along the edge of a rare sand forest, the vibrant and intimate &Beyond Phinda Vlei Lodge offers a tranquil oasis in the middle of flourishing wilderness. This charming lodge, which has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment, features just six thatched suites to ensure exclusivity. Phinda Vlei’s fresh new look is inspired by the elegant, turn of the century, plantation- style homesteads of KwaZulu-Natal’s sugarcane and pineapple barons.

Day 6-8: Cape Town
Federal Airlines flight from Phinda to Nelspruit (KMIA) Airport, where you will connect with an Airlink flight to Cape Town.
Upon arrival you will be met by a member from our andBeyond team who will drive you to The Silo Hotel . As you drive toward the city, your view from afar will be Table Mountain, one of the most spiritual places on earth, with its heart, two oceans and the beautiful city of Cape Town at its feet.
Delight in your 2 night stay at The Silo in a Silo Room with ensuite bathroom. Your stay includes full breakfast, guest liason, access to gym & spa facilities, parking, wireless internet and limited mini bar & in-room snacks.
Begin this scenic tour of Cape Town at iconic Table Mountain or, if the weather is not favourable, at the flat-topped mound known as Signal Hill. Browse vibrant Greenmarket Square, one of the city’s oldest markets, and take a walk through Company Gardens, established by Dutch settlers in 1652. Drive past the Houses of Parliament and the historical Castle of Good Hope, as well as the Slave Lodge, which used to house thousands of slaves belonging to the Dutch East India Company. Next you will visit the traditional Malay Quarter in the predominantly Muslim Bo-Kaap, with its brightly coloured houses dating back as far as the 17th century. Pause to listen to the firing of the noonday gun from Signal Hill.
